Thank you for shopping with us! We take great pride in the quality of our custom apparel and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our refund and return policy carefully before placing your order.


Custom Items (Made-to-Order)

Because each item is made to order and customized specifically for you, all sales on custom apparel are final. This includes:

  • Personalized clothing with names, logos, or unique designs
  • Made-to-measure garments
  • Limited edition or one-of-a-kind pieces

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for changes of mind, incorrect sizes selected by the customer, or personalization errors made during order placement.


Returns & Replacements
(If We Made a Mistake)

We stand behind our craftsmanship and quality. If your order arrives with any of the following issues, we’ll happily replace the item at no additional cost:

  • Wrong item received
  • Defective or damaged product
  • Incorrect size, color, or design due to our error

To be eligible for a replacement:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery
  • Provide your order number, a clear description of the issue, and photos of the item

Once verified, we will send a corrected replacement as quickly as possible.


Shipping Issues

We are not responsible for delays, losses, or damages caused by third-party shipping carriers. However, we will do our best to assist with filing claims or reshipping if needed.


Non-Custom Items (If Applicable)

If you purchased a non-custom, non-personalized item, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery in unused, original condition. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
